HAT SAFETY STANDARDS are to change in 2016!
Dont forget the acceptable safety standards for riding hats will change in 2016. Please see the following link on the Horse and Hound website for further details. Your hat MUST be approved by a standard other than the BSEN1384 which is now not accepted. Most hats comply to more than one standards but please check your hat before arriving to compete.
Camp dates are booked for 15-19th May. arrive on the Sunday night - tuition for 7 sessions leaving lunchtime on Thursday. There will be two instructors - Anthony Perkins and Ed Hobbs (TBC). I will provide more information about Ed once he is confirmed. People may know of him already through his clinics at Pencoed College and he comes highly highly recommended by all. Costs will be confirmed in the next week or two. A deposit will need to be paid by end of March. There will be a limited number of places and these will be on a first come first served basis. The deposit is refundable only under extreme circumstances (injury bereavement etc) and will be at the camp organiser's discretion. If there is a wait list for camp this will be easier as we will be able to fill your place. Please contact Gill Boulding 01792 390299 or 07968 102393 (evenings) email@example.com for more details.

While you think the winter might be the quiet time for Gower Riding Club this is when all the preparation work starts for the events we plan to hold next year. Thank you to all those who have made suggestions for additional classes at some of our showing shows. We will try and fit everything in, all we ask is that members and non-members all support the classes we do put on, that way we can continue to run them.
Thanks also goes to our volunteers and committee members who work tirelessly behind the scenes and on show days to ensure everything is ready for you all to enjoy. We are always looking for an extra pair of hands so if you can even spare a few hours or half a day to help at a show or just an hour or two at a working party please don't hesitate to get in touch with our committee.
MEMBERSHIP forms are available to download from our website so dont forget to send your membership form off asap to benefit from cheaper entries fees at all our upcoming events.
Greetings and welcome to our website which, hopefully, you will find informative and easy to navigate. We hope you enjoy your visit and we look forward to seeing you at our showground soon.
Special thanks to Pete McKee for his professional help and advice in the re-organisation of the site. Should you require help or advice rebuilding your own website please contact Pete at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

"Well done - what a splendid new bright web site - hope that you will be able to keep it up to date, as this is the way I keep in touch with what is going on in my 'old' club." (Carol Clare, Hereford)
