Rules for Eventer’s Grand Prix
The competition has a section of show jumps leading to a short course of portable and fixed cross country fences, followed by more show jumps.
Both phases must be jumped within the time allowed based on a speed of 325m/minute (classes 1 to 6) and 350m/minute (classes 7 & 8). . A plan of the course showing optimum times will be posted up before jumping commences. Time allowed is twice the optimum time.

The competition is intended to be fun and informal, so these rules may be amended and / or simplified on the day – notices and announcements will advise competitors.
Don’t forget to send your entries in well before the closing date. This will enable us to allocate approximate times for each round beforehand and will make things easier for competitors and officials alike.
