We welcome new members and visiting competitors. Membership is open to both junior and senior applicants.  Visiting competitors receive a 'day-membership' on payment of entry fees and are entitled to use available facilities on the day. 'Day membership' does not entitle a competitor to enter a 'Members Only' class nor to be awarded any perpetual trophy. Day membership does not include any form of horse or rider insurance. Most of our events are open to all competitors with members paying a reduced entry fee for each class. Perpetual trophies can only be awarded to members. HOW TO JOIN US : 2008 MEMBERSHIP is £22 for all members. There is a joining/ re-joining fee of £5.  Please download a form or send an S.A.E. for an application form to the Membership Secretary:  Mrs. June Davies, Cefn Bychan House, Blue Anchor, Penclawdd, Swansea, SA4 3JS (tel: 01792 850529).  New members are very welcome and may join at any event except the Spring Hunter Trials and the Annual Show,but please note that membership does not take effect on the day of the show - it does not commence until confirmed in writing and on receipt of a Membership Card. To avoid delay and possible disappointment, please join / rejoin by post beforehand.  Entry fees charged for non-members at our events confer Day Membership only.  Members receive regular newsletters, discounts on all entry fees and at some local saddlers . They are covered by public liability insurance whilst attending club events. They may use the club’s facilities and compete in Members only€� classes. Trophies are awarded to the highest-placed GRC Member, not to the outright winner. Members are also eligible to represent the club in the Riding Club’s National Championships and are part of the British Riding Clubs Movement, receiving the quarterly Rider€� magazine and other benefits.
